Thinkific raised several plan prices in August 2026. This guide records the official monthly and annual figures relevant to new buyers.

Thinkific changed prices on August 13, 2026
Thinkific announced an approximately 10% increase for Basic, Start and Grow, applying to monthly customers from their first billing cycle on or after August 13, 2026 and to annual customers at renewal on or after that date.
Monthly billing
The updated USD monthly prices documented by Thinkific were:
- Basic — $54/month
- Start — $109/month
- Grow — $219/month
Annual billing
Thinkific documented the new annual prices as:
- Basic — $475/year, shown as $40/month effective
- Start — $978/year, shown as $82/month effective
- Grow — $1,968/year, shown as $164/month effective
The annual monthly-equivalent number is useful for comparison, but the cash commitment is annual. Molvya keeps those two ideas separate.
Which tier should a first-time course creator choose?
Price alone cannot answer that. The correct comparison is the cheapest tier containing the sales, course, community, app, or workflow features you actually require.
